Tim Ho Wan’s Pork Rice Ribs

The newly opened Michelin starred dim sum place, Tim Ho Wan finally opened their doors to the Filipinos. I’ve dined at the Manila branch twice, and on my second visit I finally tried their rice meals. I liked their Pork Rice Ribs but not that much. Some restaurants in Binondo-China Town in the Philippines, serve much yummier versions of this dish.

Hakata Ippūdō

Akamaru Chashu. The yummiest ramen I have tasted, so far. It has Ippudo’s original tonkotsu broth enhanced with special blended miso paste and fragrant garlic oil. It is served with thin noodles, pork belly, kikurage and spring onions.

QUICK TIP: Ippudo ramen are classified according to their spiciness, there’s the normal, spicy and very spicy. You can also choose if you’ll have your noodles soft, medium, hard and very hard.
